Jillian Hall (or Macaela Mercedes) is a professional
wrestler who performs for World Wrestling Entertainment on its SmackDown! brand.
Jillian's heel character is portrayed as a successful "fixer" for wrestlers receiving
bad publicity, who has a scorn personality due to living her life with a "blemish"
on her face.
On the July 28, 2005 edition of SmackDown!, Jillian
Hall made her official WWE debut as a heel working under the gimmick of a publicist
for the heel stable, MNM.
She accompanied team member, Melina to the ring for her match with Torrie Wilson.
During their match, whenever the camera would focus on Jillian standing at ringside,
a strange "growth" was revealed on the left side of her face, causing the announcers
Tazz and Michael Cole to speculate as to exactly what it is. The following week
Jillian addressed the audience about the "growth" and referred to it as a "blemish."
On the August 18 edition of SmackDown!, Jillian helped Melina and Joey Mercury in
a mixed tag team match against Booker T and his wife Sharmell by grabbing Sharmell's
legs.
On the September 16 edition of SmackDown!, Jillian was approached backstage by John
Bradshaw Layfield who said he needed some help. She accepted his offer and said
they would be a great team. This seemingly meant the end of her partnership with
MNM, allowing her to concentrate efforts on her new client JBL. She then entered
a feud with Stacy Keibler. An online match for Velocity was aired on WWE.com, where
Jillian won against Stacy, with the help of cheating. Jillian made her first appearance
on RAW on November 14, participating in a special divas battle royal, dedicated
to the late Eddie Guerrero. She was eliminated and did not win the match. |
